Easy Beef and Cheese Wrap

Make a yummy wrap filled with beef and cheese that’s really easy to cook! This recipe uses beef strips, some veggies, and tasty spices wrapped up in a soft tortilla with melted cheese. It’s perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

What You Need:

  • 300g beef strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, cut into thin pieces
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into thin pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, just enough to taste

How to Make It:

  1. Cook the Beef:
    • Put a big pan on medium heat and add the olive oil.
    • When the oil is hot, add the beef strips. Cook them until they’re brown and look cooked on all sides.
  2. Add Veggies and Spices:
    • To the same pan, add your sliced onion and bell pepper. Stir them with the beef.
    • Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the beef and veggies. Mix everything well and cook until the veggies are a bit soft.
  3. Wrap It Up:
    • Take a tortilla and put some of the beef and veggie mix in the middle. Add your favorite cheese on top.
    • Fold the tortilla over the filling, making a wrap. You can use a pan to heat the wrap a little to melt the cheese and make the tortilla crispy.
