Crunchy Kale and Shiitake Mushroom Stir-Fried Rice (Plant-Based) 

This Crispy Kale and Shiitake Mushroom Fried Rice is a delightful vegan dish packed with nutritious ingredients and bursting with flavors.   • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
