Savory Zucchini and Cheese Tart

Instructions

  • Add the yogurt and oil, mixing until a smooth dough forms. 
  • Place a cover over the dough and allow it to rest for 15 minutes. 
  1. Prepare the Zucchinis: 
  • Shred the zucchinis and transfer them to a colander. Lightly sprinkle with salt and let them rest for 10 minutes to drain any excess moisture. 
  • Squeeze out the excess liquid from the zucchinis and set them aside.
