Ingredients: 

  • 6 cups Napa cabbage, thinly sliced (about 1/2 a head of Napa cabbage) 
  • 2 tablespoons fried garlic 
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil 

Stir-Fry Seasoning: 

  • 2 tablespoons fried garlic 
  • 1/2 teaspoon thin soy sauce (or regular/light soy sauce) 
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon 
  • 1-3 Thai chilies, sliced (optional, depending on preference) 

Scrambled Egg: 

  • 3 eggs 
  • 1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon 
  • Splash of light soy sauce 

Instructions: 

  1. Prepare the Napa Cabbage: 
  • Rinse the Napa cabbage thoroughly and thinly slice it. 
  1. Cook the Fried Garlic: 
  • Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. 
  • Add 2 tablespoons of fried garlic and stir briefly until aromatic. 
  1. Stir-Fry the Napa Cabbage: 
  • Add the sliced Napa cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the cabbage begins to wilt but remains crisp-tender. 
  1. Prepare the Stir-Fry Seasoning: 
  • In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of fried garlic, thin soy sauce, chicken bouillon, and Thai chilies (if using). Mix well. 
  1. Add Seasoning and Eggs: 
  • Pour the stir-fry seasoning over the cabbage in the skillet. Stir to coat evenly. 
  1. Scramble the Eggs: 
  • In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs with 1/4 teaspoon of chicken bouillon and a splash of light soy sauce. 
  • Push the cabbage mixture to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space.
