  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish 
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil 

Instructions: 

  1. Prepare the Beef: 
  • In a bowl, mix the thinly sliced flank steak with cornflour and salt until the beef is evenly coated. Set aside. 
  1. Cook the Noodles: 
  • Prepare the dried egg noodles following the instructions on the package.
