Ingredients 

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed 
  • Salt, to taste 
  • Pepper, to taste 
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned 
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, julienned 
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced 
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil, divided 
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced 
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced 
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch 
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar 
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  • 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper 
  • 1 tsp crushed red chili pepper flakes 
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, for garnish 
  • 1 tbsp green onion, for garnish 

Instructions 

Prepare the Ingredients 

  • Cube Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper. 
  • Julienne Bell Peppers: Julienne the red and yellow bell peppers. 
  • Slice Onion: Slice the yellow onion. 
  • Mince Garlic and Ginger: Mince the garlic cloves and fresh ginger. 

Cook the Chicken 

  • Heat Sesame Oil: In a large pot or skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat.
