For the Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons San-J hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce
    • In a small bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, water, and corn starch. Stir well until the corn starch is fully dissolved. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Vegetables
    • Heat 1 tablespoon of the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
