  • 4 small flour tortillas 
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced 
  • 1 cup prepared tuna salad 
  • 2/3 cup pepper jack cheese, sliced or shredded 
  • 2/3 cup cheddar cheese, sliced or grated 
  • 1 cup pico de gallo (or your favorite fresh salsa) 

Instructions 

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: 
  • Ensure the tuna salad is prepared to your liking and set aside. 
  • Slice the avocado thinly and prepare the pico de gallo or fresh salsa. 
  1. Assemble the Quesadillas: 
  • Spread the flour tortillas on a clean countertop. 
  • On one half of each tortilla, layer the avocado slices evenly. 
  • Spread 1/4 cup of the prepared tuna salad over the avocado. 
  • Sprinkle the pepper jack and cheddar cheese evenly over the tuna salad.
