Cheesy Spinach Crescents

Ingredients:

  • 2 tubes of Pillsbury Crescents® 
  • 8 oz Neufchatel cheese (room temperature) 
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 
  • 2 cups chopped spinach 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 tbsp water 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the Oven: 
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or giving it a light coat of grease. 
  1. Prepare the Filling: 
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Neufchatel cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and chopped spinach. Mix until well combined. 
  1. Prepare the Crescent Rolls: 
  • Open the tubes of Pillsbury Crescents® and separate the dough into individual triangles. 
  1. Fill the Crescents:
