Kani Salad (Japanese Crab Salad)

  • ½ cup Kewpie mayonnaise 
  • 2 tsp sriracha 
  • ½ lemon, juiced 

Instructions 

  1. Prepare the Ingredients
  • Shred the defrosted crab sticks into thin strips using your hands or a fork. 
  • Peel and julienne the carrot, mango, and cucumber into thin strips. 
  1. Mix the Salad
