- 16 oz mushrooms thickly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Prepare the Marinade:
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, honey, dried thyme, salt, and red pepper flakes.

Cook the Mushrooms:
