- 3 6-7 oz each salmon fillets, skin-on or off, rinsed and pat dried
- 3 tbsp butter softened (salted or unsalted)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
- ½ tsp black pepper adjust to taste
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- Lemon wedges optional, for serving
Prepare the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish or sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with oil.
Make the Honey-Dijon Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the softened butter, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
Prep the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking dish, skin-side down if the skin is still on.
Coat the Fillets: Generously spread the honey-Dijon mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring an even coating. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
Bake the Salmon: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon should flake easily with a fork and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of freshness.
