  • 1 pound 450g of chicken breast or thighs, diced into bite-sized chunks
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

  • Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel. In a small bowl, season the chicken with paprika, salt, and black pepper, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated.
  • Cook the Chicken: Heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the butter is melted and the pan is hot, add the chicken pieces in a single layer. Sauté for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken develops a golden brown crust and is fully cooked. Once done, transfer the chicken from the skillet and keep it aside.
  • Cook the Garlic: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  • Add Lemon Juice: Return the chicken to the skillet and toss with the garlic butter. Add the lemon juice, stirring to combine and coat the chicken evenly.
  • Garnish and Serve: Remove the skillet from heat. Top with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor, then serve while hot. These garlic chicken bites are perfect on their own, or serve them with rice, pasta, or a simple green salad for a complete meal.
