- 8 slices oven-roasted turkey breast good quality, thick slices work best
- 1 package 5 ounces dry stuffing mix (turkey or cornbread flavored) or homemade stuffing
- 2 packets 0.87 ounce each turkey gravy mix
- 1 can 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups water
Prepare the Stuffing: Prepare stuffing according to package instructions (or use homemade stuffing). Set aside to cool slightly.
Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay each slice of turkey breast flat. Place a spoonful of prepared stuffing in the center of each slice, then roll the turkey slice around the stuffing, securing with a toothpick if needed.
Prepare the Gravy: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the turkey gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, and water until smooth.
Bake the Roll-Ups: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the turkey roll-ups in a baking dish, seam side down. Pour the gravy mixture over the roll-ups, covering them evenly.
Cook: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and bubbly. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes to lightly brown the tops.
Serve: Serve the roll-ups hot, drizzled with extra gravy from the baking dish. Pair with a side of vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
