Ingredients
  

For the Beef

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin or thick-cut beef chops cubed
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Zip-top bag or sealable container for coating

For the Stir Fry

  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
  • 1 stalk broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup mini carrots diced
  • ½ medium onion roughly diced
  • 1 red bell pepper roughly diced
  • 1 green bell pepper roughly diced
  • 1 large zucchini diced

For the Teriyaki Sauce

  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • ¾ cup hot water or more if needed
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Instructions
 

  • Place the cubed beef in a zip-top bag with flour, cornstarch, white pepper, and salt. Shake until well-coated.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the coated beef cubes in batches, cooking until they are browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add broccoli, carrots, onion, and bell peppers, cooking until they begin to soften. Add zucchini and cook for an additional few minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, hot water, and minced garlic, then pour the mixture into the skillet with the vegetables.
  • Return the cooked beef to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce. Let simmer until everything is heated through, adjusting seasoning as needed. Serve hot over rice if desired.
