- ⅔ cup powdered sugar
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup cornstarch
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup salt for lining the pan during stovetop cooking
Prepare the Cookie Dough:
In a spacious mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and confectioners' sugar together until the mixture is light and airy, which should take around 2-3 minutes.
