Ingredients
  

For the Brownies:

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1/2 cup salted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 8 oz. block cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup salted butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons heavy cream

For the Strawberry Shortcake Crumble:

  • 20 Golden Oreos about 1/2 standard package
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter melted
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry gelatin remaining amount

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Brownies: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and strawberry gelatin until a thick batter forms. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
  • Make the Cream Cheese Frosting: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract and powdered sugar, beating until fluffy. Add heavy cream, one tablespoon at a time, until the frosting reaches a spreadable consistency.
  • Prepare the Strawberry Crumble: Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin. Mix the crumbs with melted butter and strawberry gelatin until evenly combined.
  • Assemble the Brownies: Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled brownies. Sprinkle the strawberry crumble mixture generously over the frosting, pressing gently to help it adhere.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Cut into 16 squares and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
