  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions, usually 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and drizzle with oil.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir for 1–2 minutes.
  • Increase heat slightly and add diced chicken breast. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  • Pour in soy sauce and honey, along with red chili flakes for heat. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Add drained noodles to the skillet and toss with chicken and sauce for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
