  • 4 salmon fillets about 1½ pounds, skin-on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha or adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Garnish

  • Chives chopped

  • Prepare the Salmon: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil to simplify cleanup afterward. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then rub them with olive oil.
  • Season the Fillets: In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  • Bake the Salmon: Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Cook in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is thoroughly cooked and can be easily flaked with a fork.
  • Make the Bang Bang Sauce: While the salmon is baking, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a small bowl. Adjust the amount of Sriracha to suit your spice preference.
