- 5 small russet potatoes skin removed and cut into cubes.
- 1/2 head of cabbage roughly chopped (about 6 cups)
- 1 white onion sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for a little heat
Layer in the Slow Cooker:
