- 1 lb ground turkey breakfast sausage
- 12 large eggs
- 16 oz cottage cheese ~2 cups
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
