- 1 frozen Pillsbury™ Deep Dish Pie Crust 12 oz package, 2-count
- 1/2 cup chive-and-onion cream cheese spread from an 8-oz container
- 4 large eggs
- 12 oz cooked medium shrimp (thawed, drained, deveined, peeled, tails removed, and coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese about 2 oz
Prepare the Crust: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place one of the pie crusts on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until it begins to turn golden.
