  • Sauté the Garlic: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Cook the Vegetables: Add bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, then add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
