For the Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons 30 ml lime juice
- ¼ cup 60 ml olive oil
- 2 tablespoons 30 ml honey
- ½ teaspoon 1 g red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon 5 ml white vinegar (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
