  • 1 cup Feta Cheese diced
  • 1 cup Fresh Herbs e.g., parsley, dill
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion finely chopped

For the Vinaigrette

  • 1 juice Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or honey

Preparation Steps
