Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz. about 400 g imitation crab, shredded or chopped
  • 2 medium cucumbers diced
  • 8 oz. about 225 g sweet corn, drained if canned
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded or chopped imitation crab, diced cucumbers, sweet corn, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and fresh dill.
  • Add the Dressing: Add the mayonnaise to the bowl, gently tossing all ingredients until evenly coated.
  • Combine and Serve: Gently mix the salad until all ingredients are well incorporated. To enhance the flavor, chill the salad in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes prior to serving.
