Ingredients
  

  • 12 – 16 ounces roasted red peppers thoroughly drained
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • Fresh oregano for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dip:

  • In a food processor, combine the drained roasted red peppers, crumbled feta cheese, and softened cream cheese.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Chill (Optional):

  • For best results, refrigerate the dip for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • However, it can also be served immediately if you're short on time.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh oregano.
  • Serve with warm pita, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
