- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Prepare the Noodles : Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Sticky Sauce : In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and honey until well combined. Set aside.
Cook the Beef : Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and just cooked through.
Sauté the Garlic and Chili : In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and chili (if using) and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add Vegetables and Sauce : Add the sliced red bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Return the cooked beef to the skillet, pour the sticky sauce over everything, and toss to coat.
Add Noodles and Finish : Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together to ensure the noodles are coated with the sauce and beef. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is well mixed.
Garnish and Serve : Serve the sticky beef noodles hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy this quick and flavorful meal!
