For the Beef Seasoning
- 250 grams beef steak thinly sliced
- 5 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 seasoning cube
For the Vegetables and Seasoning

- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tomato diced
- 1/2 large onion sliced
- 1 mini seasoning cube
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Prepare the Potatoes:
In a medium saucepan, heat the beef stock over medium-high heat until it reaches a rolling boil.
Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, or until just tender. Drain and set aside.
Season and Cook the Beef:
In a large bowl, season the sliced beef with thyme, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and a crumbled seasoning cube.
Place a large skillet or wok on medium-high heat and add a splash of oil to coat the bottom.
Sear the seasoned beef for 4-5 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
Take the beef out of the pan and set it aside for later use.
Sauté the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add another small drizzle of oil if needed.
Add the garlic, onions, and tomato, and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the red, yellow, and green bell peppers, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
Combine Everything:
Return the beef and potatoes to the skillet with the vegetables.
Add the mini seasoning cube, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing all flavors to meld.
