Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 zucchini cubed or sliced
  • 1/2 onion cubed or sliced
  • 1 bell pepper any color, cubed or sliced
  • 1 medium carrot or potato, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the Veggies: In a large mixing bowl, add the broccoli, zucchini, onion, bell pepper, and carrot slices.
