Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp and Sauce

  • 1 lb 450 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional for spice

For the Stir Fry

  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Sauce : In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, lemon juice, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.
  • Cook the Shrimp : Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
  • Stir Fry the Vegetables : In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the broccoli, snap peas, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Combine and Cook : Return the shrimp to the pan and pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir everything together, ensuring the sauce evenly coats the ingredients. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  • Garnish and Serve : Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately over steamed rice, noodles, or as a standalone dish.
