- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 medium onion chopped into large chunks
- 1 zucchini quartered lengthwise and chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt adjust according to your preference
- ¼ teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper modify as desired
Prepare the Oven: Begin by setting your oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
