- 4-5 sweet mild Italian sausage links
- 3 bell peppers any color, sliced
- 1 large red onion sliced
- 4 medium russet potatoes cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Prepare the Ingredients:
Slice the sausage links into 1-inch pieces.
Cut the bell peppers and red onion into slices, and dice the potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
Season Everything:
In a large bowl, combine the sausage pieces, bell peppers, red onion, and potatoes.
Lightly drizzle with olive oil and season with Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss everything together until well coated.
Arrange on the Baking Sheet:
Bake:
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and tender, and the sausage is fully cooked (internal temperature of 160°F).
