- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil melted
Prepare the Ingredients: Place the dates in a food processor and pulse until they form a sticky paste. If your dates are dry, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes and drain before processing.
Add the Nuts: Add the cashews and almonds to the food processor. Pulse until the nuts are finely chopped and incorporated with the dates. The mixture should hold together when pressed.
Incorporate Coconut and Oil: Add the shredded coconut and melted coconut oil to the mixture. Blend until well combined.
