- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 9- inch deep-dish pie crust unbaked
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add the Ham and Onion: Stir in the diced ham and chopped green onion, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Whisk the Custard: In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and eggs until well combined. Gradually fold the egg mixture into the cheese and ham mixture.
Assemble the Quiche: Place the pie crust in a deep 9-inch pie pan. Pour the filling into the crust, spreading it evenly.
Bake: Place the quiche on the center rack of the preheated oven. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is lightly golden. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean.
Cool and Serve: Allow the quiche to cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
