For the Cod:
- 4 cod fillets approximately 170g each
- 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme or oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Lemon slices
Preheat and Prepare: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish lightly or line it with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
