  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix
  • 1 cup chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1 Roma tomato chopped
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grilled corn kernels
  • ¼ cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Base Layer: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and the dry ranch dip mix. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Spread the Base: Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a serving dish or shallow bowl, spreading it evenly as the base layer.
  • Add Toppings: Layer the chopped Romaine lettuce evenly over the cream cheese base. Then, sprinkle on the chopped tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, grilled corn, crumbled bacon, and blue cheese crumbles.
  • Serve: Serve the dip immediately with pita chips, crackers, or sliced veggies for dipping.
  • Optional: For best flavor, chill the dip for about 15-20 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
