  • 2 cups Powdered sugar Adjust for sweetness.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your bundt pan by greasing it and dusting with flour.

  • Gradually pour in the eggnog and mix until just combined.
  • Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients carefully.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
  • Combine the heavy cream and powdered sugar in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
