  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard can substitute yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh is best
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning can substitute Cajun or Creole seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

For the Biscuit Base

  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough homemade can be used
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped for garnishing

  • Separate each biscuit on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all filling ingredients and blend until fully combined.
  • Spoon the seafood mixture onto each biscuit, leaving room on the edges.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
