- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup raspberry jam or preserves
- Fresh raspberries optional, for garnish
- Powdered sugar optional, for dusting
Prepare the Puff Pastry : Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to remove any creases. Cut it into 12 equal squares or rectangles.
