  • Break the graham crackers into squares and spread them in a single layer in the baking pan.
  • Melt the unsalted butter and brown sugar together over medium heat until fully dissolved and bubbling.
  • Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and chopped pecans until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the graham crackers and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let the bark cool completely before lifting it out of the pan and cutting into squares.
