Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ¼ cups light brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough : Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Add Dry Ingredients : In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  • Mix in Chocolate Chips : Fold in the white chocolate chips and semisweet chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
  • Shape and Bake : Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown but the centers are still soft.
  • Cool and Serve : Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
