Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  • Carefully slice the mini red bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all filling ingredients and gently fold.
  • Fill each pepper half with the crab mixture, packing it in generously.
  • Sprinkle panko bread crumbs over each filled pepper and mist with cooking spray.
  • Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let them cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm, drizzled with additional lemon juice if desired.
