Ingredients
  

  • 5 –6 bone-in works too; adjust cooking time Boneless chicken thighs
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons divided Unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves finely chopped or minced Garlic
  • 5 tablespoons Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried basil
  • Finely chopped for garnish Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients: Mince the garlic, chop the parsley, and pat the chicken thighs dry.
  • Season the Chicken: Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper over both sides of the chicken thighs.
  • Sear the Chicken: Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in honey, oregano, thyme, and basil.
  • Simmer Chicken: Add the chicken back to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and simmer on low heat for 4–5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
  • Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle fresh parsley over the chicken and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
