Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs. chicken tenders
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons clarified butter or ghee melted
  • 4 fresh garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste (about ¼ teaspoon each)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels. Season both sides with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper.
  • Sear the Chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken tenders to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Prepare the Honey Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add the melted clarified butter (or ghee), chopped garlic, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the garlic to cook and the flavors to blend without burning.
  • Combine the Chicken and Sauce: Return the seared chicken tenders to the skillet, tossing them in the honey garlic butter sauce to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the chicken to soak up the flavors.
  • Garnish and Serve: Remove the skillet from heat, sprinkle the dish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
