- 2 1/4 teaspoons 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 large egg room temperature
- 3 cups all-purpose flour plus extra for dusting
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
