  • Season and Sear the Steak: Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet. Season 1 lb steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear for 3-5 minutes on each side.
  • Prepare the Garlic Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, melt 4 tbsp of butter. Add 5 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  • Create the Cream Sauce: Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and 3/4 cup of whole milk, stirring. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Incorporate the Cheese: Whisk in 1 1/4 cups of Parmesan cheese until smooth.
