Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g cabbage, core removed and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 oz 125g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 heaping tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients : Wash and cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Peel and devein the shrimp, if not already done.
  • Heat the Oil : In a large skillet or wok, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Cook the Shrimp : Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
  • Sauté the Cabbage : Add the cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until slightly softened.
  • Add Sauce and Shrimp : Stir in the oyster sauce and water. Mix well and let the cabbage cook for another 2–3 minutes until tender. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss to combine.
  • Season and Serve : Taste and add salt if needed. Serve hot as a main dish or a side.
