Season the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 5–6 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Toss in the minced garlic and cook for about a minute, or until it releases a fragrant aroma.
Add Cream and Broth: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Allow the sauce to come to a mild simmer and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add Parmesan and Spinach: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly. Add the fresh spinach and let it wilt, stirring occasionally.
Add Bacon and Return Chicken to Skillet: Add the chopped bacon to the sauce, then return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over the chicken, allowing it to soak in the flavors for another 2–3 minutes.
Serve and Garnish: Serve the chicken hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve it atop pasta, rice, or alongside your favorite vegetables for a complete meal.
