  • 10 oz bag angel hair coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 containers 6 oz each lemon burst yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups diced strawberries from a 16 oz package

  • Prepare the Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
  • Combine the Coleslaw Ingredients: Add the angel hair coleslaw, sliced almonds, raisins, and diced strawberries to the bowl with the dressing.
